Embossing Paste - Part 2

Hello there, welcome back to my blog today and another make from the Embossing Class that I ran on Saturday. Today's card is one that I saw online and just had to CASE, the original is from a video by Lisa Curcio which you can see HERE. I did change a few things up as I didn't have the dies Lisa used and I also wanted to add some ribbon too!
I love the effect of the sponged background with the mask over the top and I just LOVE the crinkled Seam Binding ribbon, I am sure I will be using it on many more projects.
A few rhinestones dotted about just finished the card off and there you go!
OK so important stuff coming up! Today is the last day to join my team as part of this amazing Christmas in July offer. An extra £65 worth of products in your Starter Kit, taking it to over £200 of value for your £99 fee. If you would like to go for this then please get in touch today ASAP or you can simply go ahead by clicking this link HERE

Today is also the last day for this months Online Code. I will be closing the order off about 9pm this evening so please hurry if you want to use the code. Many thanks

Embossing Paste Class

Hello there! Today I am sharing something quite different for me! I have recently been experimenting with our new product Embossing Paste. I have to say I didn't think it was for me but I received the most gorgeous swap in Thailand from an Austrian demonstrator called Astrid Hoffman and I was inspired to have a go. You can see Astrid's card on her blog HERE
So yesterday I ran a little class all about Embossing Paste and we made 3 different cards using different techniques, this being the first card that we made.
Now I have to confess to a little boo boo on this card, which you have probably spotted. I got some glue on one of the flowers and tried to rub it off and ripped the card! Adds to the texture I say!
Just love the raised patter that the paste makes using one of the masks.
If you would like to learn a little more about the Embossing Paste then here is a little video for you OR if you are local I am happy to repeat this class, just let me know!
There are still 2 days left to use my code for July. I will be closing the order off around 9pm on Monday.

Graceful Garden U Fold Card

Good Morning and a very happy Friday to you. Today I am sharing the last make from this months Tuesday Club. The next Tuesday Club takes place on Tuesday 8th August and you can find details on my Facebook page.
This month we made 3 cards for friends and this one was made with a tutorial from our talented team member Amanda Bates. I have made a few of these now using different stamps and papers, you can find Amanda's tutorial HERE
It's no secret that I LOVE the Petal Garden papers and have got through quite a few packs already.
Just to give you an idea the card folds flat for postage and fits into a C6 envelope too! Bonus!
There is still time to use my Online Code this month and whilst I am mentioning this I thought I would share that the Daisy Punch is now back in stock so the punch and the bundle are now available again. Thank you so much for your patience with this.

Lovely Friend

Hello there and welcome back to my blog today. Busy day for me today, a private Crafternoon Tea this afternoon and then the return of Christmas Card Club this evening!

Today I am sharing another card from last Tuesday's class where we made cards for friends. This one was totally CASED from the talented and lovely Rhoda McPherson from Shetland, you can see Rhoda's original design HERE Thank you Rhoda for the inspiration.
Unfortunately I did not have the Eclectic dies that Rhoda has used (although I have now ordered them!) so I used the May Flower Framelits as an alternative which I think worked.
One of the things I love about this card are the textures and the layers and the watercoloured "lovely" Thanks again Rhoda for the inspiration
Now which lovely friend should I send this card to?

Beautiful Bouquet - Version 2

Good Morning. I'm a little late posting today but I'm back with the other version of the card I shared yesterday, the "grunge" version. This card was CASED from the catalogue and is stamped in exactly the same way as yesterdays card however it is stamped on watercolour paper and then spritzed with some water.

If you look carefully you can see some Melon Mambo splats that are created by dipping an Aquabrush in the lid of the ink pad and flicking it all over the card.
I gave my ladies the option of doing the "clean" version which I shared yesterday or this "grunge" version. Out of the 8 that attended class, 6 went for clean and 2 for grunge! Which would you go for?
July's Online Code is still live right up until 31st July.
